Job Description

Multi-Lingual Coordinator (6 month contract)Location

  • Rugby/Hybrid working 50 PERCENT from home.
Salary
  • 28,435 per annum6 PERCENT shift premium after 1st month of training (140/month) based on 2 foreign languages.
Training
  • After your training and probation period, this will be a hybrid role. Training usually takes up to 4 weeks.
Shift Rotation (every 4 weeks)
  • Week 1: 07:00 15:30
  • Week 2: 14:00 22:30
  • Week 3: 06:00 14:30
  • Week 4: 14:30 23:00

No matter where the vehicle is located in Europe, youll take ownership of the situation, giving our customers peace of mind.Clear, effective communication is crucial. Youll stay in regular contact with the dealer handling the repair, keeping the customer informed every step of the way. With your creative problem-solving abilities, youll ensure the customer feels fully supportedeven when the unexpected happens.
