ALBACORE MARINE INDIA PVT LTDDear Candidate,We are Hiring For Shuttering Carpenter `Hiring For All India & Abroad,Role: Shuttering Carpenter Shuttering Carpenter Job Description Responsible for designing, building,installing,and repairing structures,fixtures,furniture, and other items using different types of materials including wood and steel.The carpenter job description generally involvescreating wooden structures.These can be in the form of artworks, furniture, doors, window frames, foundations, and other similar products. Often, they have to work independently.That means that its very important for individuals in the profession to keep their deadlines.Shuttering Carpenter Job Duties and Responsibility

• Works with designers and planners on construction projects
• Defers to the contractors orders on large construction projects
• Matches materials to requested design specifications
• Measures building materials and spaces for installation accurately
• Orders building materials as needed
• Creates materials that fit the clients expectations
• Assembles sturdy and well-constructed floorboards, skirting boards, window frames, doors, door linings, staircases, fitted furniture, cabinetry, shelving, and more
• Incorporates fixtures like door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railing, and other fixtures into design and implementation
• Builds temporary housings and supports for setting concrete (shuttering)
• Builds the framework of a building, bridge, ship, or other large-scale construction project
• Crafts furniture with fine detail work and/or utmost sturdiness and quality
• Utilizes skills in other related trades such as plumbing, roofing, bricklaying, painting, tiling, plastering, etc.
• Participates in first fixing as well as second fixing work
• Combines carpentry work with joining work
• Repairs and refurbishes existing building work
• Replaces damaged wood in hardwood floors and outdoor decks
• Uses power tools and other tools to cut and shape wood, metal, and other materials
• Communicates with the rest of the construction team
• Prepare drawings for cabinetry, framing and other construction projects on-site
• Interpret client requests and provide mock-ups for clients to approve prior to commencing work
• Build cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds and other projects based on demand
• Frame room additions as needed for client
• Select and evaluate materials for defects
• Install cabinets, counters and molding
• Follow all code requirements for kitchens and baths in remodeling projects

Examples of Carpenter skills

• 1+ years experience in finish carpentry
• Additional 1+ years experience in rough carpentry preferred
• Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
• Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
• Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
• Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials
