    Position Summary1. Understand the standard of transport protocol and design interface between network elements.2. Implement protocol(network traffic processing framework) and interface to transport bulk data in real-time.3. Implement algorithm of congestion control and flow control for transport efficiency optimization. Role and Responsibilities 1. [Protocol and interface designing] Manage transport protocol and interface design required for transporting bulk data in real-time.2. [Transport protocol analysis] Be responsible for final review on analyzed communication protocol.3. [Transport protocol and interface development] Lead and manage the implementation status of transport protocol and interface required for transporting bulk data in real-time between network elements.4. [Transport optimization] Design and implement congestion control and flow control algorithm for optimizing transport efficiency.
