Job Description

    Position Summary1. Develop and verify Samsungs 5G small cell systems in order to efficiently provide the Samsungs small cell equipment to wireless telecommunication operators2. Develop an optimal system by understanding and designing a system s software architecture and subsystems.3. Develop an optimal system which integrates service and application by applying system software to system hardware. Role and Responsibilities
    • Overall 8-12 years of experience in Telecommunication industry.
    • For MAC/RLC Requirement:
      • MAC Scheduler Development, implementation and Optimization OR
      • RLC Development, Implementation and Optimization
    • Individuals in this role will actively participate and contribute to Samsung s Research systems engineering activities related to 4G Small Cell Product development for global customers.
    • Software Development in C/C on Linux Platform with strong understanding of multi-threading, multi-process communication (IPC/Sockets).
    • Have strong knowledge of 5G 3GPP protocols and Air Signaling scenarios.
    • Support R&D issues, drive resolution of technical issues with cross-functional teams, escalate issues in an appropriate and timely manner
    • Excellent Coding, Design, Debug and Architecture skills a must.
    Skills and Qualifications Has a wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective waysWorks on complex issues where analyzing situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variables. Exercises judgement in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to obtain results.
