Job Description

Communicate directly and act as liaison, on behalf of the CEO and COO, with Executive team, SRVPs and employees prioritizing situations and events.Maintain CEO and COO calendars by planning, scheduling, accepting or declining meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.Research and analyze; provide feedback for project management and business understanding.Determine appropriate course of action, referral or response.Route correspondence; draft letters, documents and create spreadsheets; collect and analyze information; initiate telecommunications. Prepare and edit correspondences, reports, and presentations.Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, and other events so that they run without a hitchCommunicate with members of the Board of Directors; coordinate all logistics.Provide senior level administrative support to Board Committee members through the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.Plan and create agenda for bi-weekly COOs meetings.Track and approve Senior Management time off.Prepare monthly expense report for CEO through Certify.Any other occasional projects or duties to support the C-suite, as required.These are what will help you succeed: 3+ years experience in an executive administrative roleCustomer service and interpersonalNegotiating skillsHighly organizedProblem solvingTime managementTravel LogisticsMultitasking abilityProfessional , confidential and proactive work styleA sense of humor
