We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer. Main responsibilities will include designing and developing systems training and implementing effective learning solutions that are aligned to strategic business objectives.The Consultant should be proficient with a blended learning approach and have experience creating simulations (using existing templates). There will be frequent collaboration with SMEs and Stakeholders to plan, design, and implement learning initiatives. Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles and experience with managing projects will be key to success in this role. 5+ years of Instructional Design experience.Previous experience with systems/software training development.Proficient with tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and the Adobe Creative Suite.Detail oriented and able to manage large scale change initiatives across multiple lines of business involving many stakeholders.Willing to provide work samples during the interview process
