Job Description

On behalf of our client (large financial company) we are seeking a Blended Learning Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer with strong eLearning development skills using Articulate 360 or Rise, to with work with their Core Ops team to create blended learning that will include a workflow of what team members do and an explanation to each task. The training will be created using the results of a Needs Assessment conducted by the client. In this role, you will provide design and delivery modality ideas (including eLearning, videos, QRGs, and micro-learning), and then create the training. Skills & Experience Requirements: Degree required. 6+ years experience as an Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer (relevant degree or certification a plus). Solid experience creating blended learning programs. 3+ years experience in eLearning Design and Development Proficiency in Articulate 360 or Rise, and Camtasia of VideoScribe (client will provide laptop and licenses). Experience with micro-learning development Understanding of ADDIE instructional design methodology. Solid Project Management skills (AGILE a plus) Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Must be both a solid strategic and tactical resource. Must be able to share excellent work samples during the interview process.
