Job Description

  • A person should be from Marble Company.
  • Handling the activities of branding, marketing, and sales.
  • Develop and maintain marketing and branding calendar with the critical path to ensure all activities land on time.
  • Integrating social media campaigns with other related marketing communication.
  • Responding quickly and professionally to any customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Looking after end-to-end management of Sales & Business Development as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work within budget and calendar schedules
  • Monitoring progress as per scheduled deadlines for various tasks and taking necessary steps to ensure completion within time, cost and effort parameters
  • Developing business by gaining new customers, analyzing the problems and producing new solutions
  • Driving new business through global key accounts & establishing strategic partnerships to increase revenue
  • Mapping customer requirements & implementing strategies to achieve client satisfaction, tracking market dynamics and initiating reinforcements to neutralize competitors moves
  • Providing information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data & trends
  • Capitalizing market trends, identifying profit potential, creating value & positioning the companys products & services to maximize market share
  • Advises the management on business strategies, promotes organization among customers & vendors and drives organization mission through employees & supports the motivation of employees in an organization
  • Handling, directing, leading and motivating workforce and imparting continuous on job training
  • Inspiring & decisive team manager and a collaborative player with strong liaison, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills; and ability to expedite cross-functional dependencies
