Job Description

Project Executive is responsible for the part of the workplace management team that directly manages short- and long-term projects. Project Executives are typically responsible for developing strategic program and project goals and monitoring program and project performance.Responsibilities:

  • Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Communicating with upper management to develop strategic program and project goals
  • Creating and managing the organizations fiscal operating and capital budget and expenses.
  • Monitoring program and project performance of both internal and external service providers.
  • Recommending and approving funding levels and spending plans.
  • Monitoring construction and renovation projects.
  • Monitoring performance metrics.
  • Receiving and responding to approvals and notifications.
