Our unique specialization in a high-growth marketplace is considered vital to many large corporate training organizations.We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer and Trainer to work closely with our Leadership and Sales teams to develop and deliver Sales Training to our internal Business Development team, with members located throughout the US. This position requires a skilled and seasoned Instructional Designer with demonstrated experience creating and delivering Sales Skills training on such topics as negotiations, sales communications, delivery of virtual presentations, effective prospecting, effective team communications, soft skills, etc. A background creating such training for selling professional services is highly preferred. In this role, you will also take on exciting short-term projects working directly with our outstanding F500 clients, allowing for a variety of experiences and skills utilization.Responsibilities:Work closely with internal positive-minded Leadership and SMEs, and external SMEs as needed, in the acquisition of content, and the design and development of effective sales training programs.Hands on Instructional Design and Development of ILT, vILT and eLearning.Delivery of vILT and ILT.Performing Instructional Design and Development projects for our clients that are in line with your background and interests, as needed.REQUIREMENTSQualified candidates will possess the following:Bachelor or higher degree or certification in Instructional Technologies or related areas.10+ years experience in Instructional Design and Development, including working with the F500.2+ years experience delivering a combination of vILT and ILT, along with offering energetic and engaging classroom and presentation skills.Must have background in the design and Sales training, and some exposure to professional services industry.Ability to design engaging training including role plays, case studies, games, team activities, and quizzes based on adult learning principles.Ability to share compelling samples of prior relatable work during the interview process.Background Check required post offer.
