Job Description

    Description:Job Responsibilities Area Sales Manager (Government / Institutional Projects)
    • Drivesales and business developmentfor false ceiling products inGovernment, PSU, and institutional projectswithin the assigned territory.
    • Identify, track, and convertGovernment tenders, institutional projects, and large infrastructure developments.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships withGovernment departments, Architects, Consultants, Project Management Consultants (PMCs), and Contractors.
    • Ensureproduct specification and approvalswith Architects and Consultants at the design and tendering stages.
    • Coordinate withestimations, technical, and commercial teamsfor BOQs, drawings, samples, and technical submittals.
    • Support thetendering process, including pre-bid meetings, documentation, compliance, and follow-ups.
    • Manage the completeproject sales cyclefrom lead generation to order closure and execution support.
    • Achievemonthly and annual sales targetsas defined by management.
    • Monitormarket intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming government projects.
    • Ensure timelycollections, documentation, and complianceas per company and government norms.
    • Provide regularsales reports, forecasts, and MISto management.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensureon-time delivery, site support, and customer satisfaction.
    Candidate Profile:
    • Minimum 5 years of overall sales experience
    • 23 years of B2B experience in the building / construction industry
    • Mandatory experience in Government / PSU / Institutional project sales
    • Strong network with Architects, Contractors, and Consultants
    • Exposure to false ceilings, building materials, or interior products preferred
    • Fluency in local language with good spoken and written English
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
