Job Description

    Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our BPO team as Call Center Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities
    • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
    • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, sales, or surveys (as required by the process).
    • Resolve customer complaints, escalate complex issues to higher support when necessary.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
    • Maintain records of customer interactions, comments, and complaints in the system.
    • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (quality, efficiency, sales, or support KPIs).
    • Follow communication scripts, processes, and guidelines as required.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service and achieve goals.
    Qualifications and Skills
    • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
    • Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a BPO environment is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
    • Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or call center tools.
    • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays (as per business needs).
