Job Description

    Business Development Manager (BDM)Industry: Utensil & Kitchenware ManufacturingExperience: 2 to 5 Years (Project Sales)Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive project sales in the utensil and kitchenware manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key projects, and building long-term relationships with institutional and bulk buyers.Key Responsibilities
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities in project and institutional sales
    • Handle bulk orders from hotels, restaurants, hospitals, hostels, builders, and government/private projects
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, dealers, distributors, and project consultants
    • Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders as per project requirements
    • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities
    • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
    • 25 years of experience in project sales, preferably in utensil, kitchenware, FMCG, or manufacturing industries
    • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
