Job Description

    SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of business operations, KPIs, and financial metrics.Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business intelligence strategies to deliver actionable insights aligned with the companys goals.Manage and mentor the BI team, including analysts, data engineers, and related roles.Guide best practices, career development and conduct performance reviews.Oversee the creation and maintenance of BI reports and dashboards.Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to provide key insights on business performance.Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver tailored BI solutions.Ensure data integrity and consistency across multiple sources and platforms.Enforce governance policies to maintain high-quality, accurate, and secure data.Identify and recommend new BI tools, techniques, and processes to improve data analysis, reporting, and visualization efficiency.Track the effectiveness of BI initiatives and KPIs.Ensure the right metrics are in place to evaluate business performance and inform strategic decisions.Present data insights and findings to executive leadership and key stakeholders.Drive data-driven business decision-making.Manage and oversee the integration of data from various sources (CRM, ERP, databases, APIs) into BI tools.Ensure accurate and timely data flow.Provide training and support to business users on BI tools and data-related processes.RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.A Masters degree or BI certification (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional CBIP) is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial capacity.Proven experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modelling.Experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights for non-technical stakeholders.,
