The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in UI/UX principles, and expertise in frontend development using modern frameworks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging, responsive, and high-performance web applications.We are ISO 27001:2022 certified organizationResponsibilities Design intuitive and visually appealing UI components and layouts. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components. Ensure designs follow responsive, mobile-first principles across multiple devices. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve UI/UX designs. Convert designs into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6). Utilize CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI for consistency and efficiency. Develop with front-end frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Implement animations, transitions, and micro-interactions for a seamless user experience. Optimize web performance, ensuring accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and adherence to SEO best practices. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI with APIs (RESTful, GraphQL). Use version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) for efficient collaboration and code management. Provide ongoing website maintenance and updates to ensure functionality and user experience.Technical Skills Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6), with knowledge of TypeScript (preferred). Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), including WordPress and related plugins. Solid understanding of WordPress optimization, including page speed, performance, and SEO best practices. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts. Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects. Experience with frontend frameworks such as React.js, Vue.js, or Angular. Familiarity with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, or Foundation. Expertise in UI/UX design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision. Knowledge of state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API, Vuex for Vue.js). Experience with build tools and version control (e.g., Webpack, Vite, Git, GitHub, GitLab). Familiarity with API integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON handling). Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques (e.g., lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies). Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG, ARIA) and SEO best practices, including Core Web Vitals optimization. Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Storybook (preferred). Expertise in motion design and animations using tools like Lottie, Framer Motion, or GSAP. Exposure to various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, Headless CMS, and Jamstack architecture. Experience with Divi and Elementor page builders.Functional Skills Creativity & Visual Thinking Strong sense of design aesthetics and usability.
