The principals and founders of Relay Human Cloud have been focused on delivering high-quality operations in cutting-edge companies for their entire careers.Profile Overview:We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Soft Skills Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in delivering impactful training sessions focused on enhancing soft skills. As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping our clients with the essential interpersonal skills necessary for success in their professional and personal lives.Responsibilities: Develop engaging training sessions on a range of soft skills topics including communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, emotional intelligence, and resume building. Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients or participants, incorporating elements of resume building and leveraging technology for career advancement. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and delivery methods, such as presentations, role-playing, interactive activities, and multimedia tools, to ensure maximum engagement and learning retention. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to participants to help them improve their soft skills, resume writing abilities, and utilize technology effectively to enhance their career prospects. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in soft skills training, resume building, and relevant technologies to continuously enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs. Collaborate with internal teams to assess training needs, develop training materials, and evaluate the impact of training initiatives.Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration) preferred. Proficiency in MS-Office and a basic understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS). Knowledge of frameworks like SWOT, STAR and various time management tools and techniques. Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role, with 6 months to 1 year of experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong understanding of various soft skills concepts and techniques, with the ability to effectively communicate and teach these concepts to diverse audiences. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire participants in a training environment. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with participants from diverse backgrounds. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Flexibility to adapt training approaches and content based on the needs and preferences of participants. Certification in training or a related field (e.g., Certified Professional Trainer) is a plus.,
