We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Job TitleContent Strategy Analyst II Overview tContribute for MasterCard vision of World Beyond Cash with proper documentation of product/feature tExplore, analyze, and study the product/feature tPossess good communication skills- written and verbal tCreate, Review, and Deliver Documents as per the requirements, audience analysis, and defined process using DITA and IXIASOFT CMS Tool tInterpersonal Skills for better collaboration within and outside team tDiscuss with the SME and other stakeholders to get the details tSuggest ways to further improve the quality documentation tUnderstand the Payment Industry Concept tCreate API, Product Guide, Application Installation Guide, User Manual, FAQ, Troubleshooting, Training Manuals, Release Note, Bulletin, Announcement, Wiki pages and other documents tWork in the Agile Documentation and Waterfall Documentation MethodRole tPrepares written text and coordinates layout and organization of manuals, forms and other documents according to established standards tWrites and publishes technical content according to established protocols tEncourage Innovation and Consumer Experience in content presentation and strategy. tCreates End User Manuals, Installation Guide, Help Document, API Document for iOS/Android/Windows platform, Developer Guide, FAQ, Troubleshooting Doc, Bulletin, Announcement. tLeverages technical knowledge to create, organize and update content through Darwin Information Type Architecture -DITA based, XML, API and other emerging content management technologies tCollaborates with other developers, information architects and editors to develop technical content that is clear, concise, and effective with the end-user in mind tLeads projects/initiatives as an individual contributor tMay provide guidance to less experienced team membersAll About You tTechnical Communicator with excellent communication skills- written and verbal and analytical mindset tCertification in Technical Communication is good to have. tProficient in DITA tKnow reading the source code for API spec creation, fare understanding of code structure tAbility to quickly learn technical details and transform them into customer centric documents. tExcellent Analytical Skills and Interpersonal Skills Proficient with tools like: IXIASoft/Frame maker, SnagIt, Confluence Wiki, Swagger tKnowledge of MSTP -Microsoft Manual of Style for Technical Publications or Chicago Manual of Style. tKnowledge of Payment Industry Concept and API Spec Doc creation. tPro-active and sense of urgency in completing assigned tasks tFlexible and ready to opt for optimum solution. tProficient in Agile and Waterfall Documentation tStrong knowledge of Documentation Life Cycle. t Must have worked on XML based CMS ToolCOVID-19 Considerations We value the safety of each member of our community because we know we re all in this together.
