Job Description

    Customer Service and Sales Coordinator Logistics and Courier IndustriesJob Summary:We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our logistics and courier sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the logistics industry, be customer-focused, and have excellent communication and organizational skills. This role involves coordinating sales activities, managing customer accounts, and ensuring smooth operations between the sales team, clients, and internal departments.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales proposals, reports, and presentations. Liaise between customers, sales teams, and operational departments to ensure the smooth processing of orders and services. Track and manage customer inquiries, providing information on services, quotes, and delivery schedules. Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring timely responses and follow-through. Assist in the preparation of sales targets, tracking progress, and reporting on performance. Resolve customer issues related to delivery or service discrepancies, ensuring prompt and effective solutions. Support sales managers and teams with various logistical tasks such as route planning and scheduling to optimize delivery timelines.Qualifications: Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within the logistics, courier, or transportation industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage customer accounts and foster strong relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and logistics management software. Knowledge of logistics, courier services, and supply chain management is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,
