Deputy General Manager - Purchase & Supply Chain - PharmaBackground:Pharmaceutical Trading/ API manufacturing/FMCG/Food/P2P/Formulations 1. Purchase of Raw Material:as per Requisition received from the API /NUTRA/P2P/B&B/ Divisions from the Right Source of the Right Quality and at the Right Price and Delivered at the Desired time 2. New Vendor Development:Develop New Vendors for New Products or Alternate Vendors for Price Benefit 3. CHA/Transport:Cost-Effective CHA/Transporters and Forwarders to have cost effective clearance & transport 4. Market Update:Keep Abreast of Market Dynamics of India/China & global based on Supplier Network and Market Information and update Management on the same for reviewing Buying Strategies 5. Clearing of Import Shipment:Set Targets at % in Purchase & service taken by the department 6. Regulatory requirements: - To check Availability of Form 10 For API imports or New API or New Source. - To provide the required documents to Regulatory Division- Licensing for Application for Renewal or Fresh License /FSSAI certificate/ Sanitary Import Permit (SIP) Application as per Check List/ Dual NOC Application 7. MIS report:MIS Reports weekly for API and P2P and Monthly for Nutra Divisors wrt Stock Statement and Purchase orders and Requisitions update for Weekly or Monthly Review 8. Strategizing for products/supplier: 9.
