Job Description

    Required Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience requiredIndustry Type: E-Commerce (Retail)Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive E-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.Set sales targets and create plans to achieve and exceed them.Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce website.Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.Work with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.Implement and maintain effective product categorization and navigation.Plan online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.Generate regular reports to provide insights into e-commerce performance and make data-driven decisions.Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.Skills, Knowledge and Experience:Proven experience in e-commerce management.Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with relevant software and tools like e-commerce platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.Qualification:Any Graduate / Post GraduateMBA/Graduate from a fashion, retail management institute, or relevant field preferredSchedule: Day shift Work Type: On-site, Job Location: Vadodara,
