Join us in advancing the worlds energy solutions with a commitment to sustainability and efficiency.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an ERP Manager located in Por, Vadodara. The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of ERP systems, ensuring that business processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness. Daily tasks include analyzing current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and managing ERP-related projects from initiation to completion. The ERP Manager will be responsible for doing data entry. The ERP manager will be representing company with the ERP software provider. The ERP Manager will collaborate with various departments to align the ERP system with business goals and provide technical support and training for users.Qualifications Experience in manufacturing based ERP is a must. Experience managing team is a must. Experience in Business Process Improvement and ability to analyze current systems Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on optimizing Business Processes Expertise in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with various departments Proficiency in managing and leading projects to completion Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the manufacturing or energy sector is a plus,
