Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Extraction Operator to join our chemical manufacturing facility in Dahej. The role involves managing and operating extraction processes to ensure efficient and safe production in compliance with quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in chemical operations to contribute to a growing organization.Key Responsibilities:Operation Management:Operate and monitor extraction equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production.Maintain optimal parameters for pressure, temperature, and solvent levels during extraction.Process Optimization:Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.Identify and resolve operational issues to improve process efficiency.Quality Control:Monitor product quality during the extraction process and report deviations.Assist in sampling and testing for quality assurance purposes.Safety Compliance:Follow all safety protocols, including wearing PPE and maintaining clean and safe work environments.Conduct safety checks on equipment and report any hazards or malfunctions.Documentation:Maintain accurate production logs, including material usage, process timings, and maintenance activities.Prepare and submit daily reports to supervisors.Qualifications and Experience:Education:Diploma or ITI in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.Skills:Strong understanding of chemical plant operations.Ability to operate and maintain extraction equipment.Good communication and teamwork skills.
