Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Actively prospect and generate new leads within a defined territory.
    • Meet potential and existing customers in person to build relationships and identify their needs.
    • Deliver tailored product presentations and demonstrations to clients, addressing their unique business requirements.
    • Negotiate prices, contracts, and terms with clients to close sales.
    • Maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities and follow up on leads to convert them into customers.
    • Ensure timely follow-up after sales to guarantee customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
    • Provide feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
    • Track and report sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends using CRM software.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the companys products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate with clients.
    • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
    • Work collaboratively with the internal sales team, customer service, and marketing teams to provide the best customer experience.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in field sales, B2B sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
    • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Comfort with in-person client meetings, travel, and managing a territory.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-first mentality.
    • A valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
    • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
