Job Description

    Qualifications and Skills Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources management with a maximum of 10 years. Proven expertise in recruitment, especially within India and the Middle East markets. Strong performance management skills, with the ability to implement and monitor KPIs and employee evaluations. Extensive knowledge in training and development, able to identify training needs and create development plans for employees. Comprehensive understanding of HR compliance, including employee laws and regulations. Excellent conflict resolution skills, capable of managing employee disputes and mediating between parties effectively. Strategic planning abilities, with experience in aligning HR activities with business goals. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with all levels of the organization. Experience in Highway EPC projects is a must for this role, with the ability to handle HR responsibilities in this specific industry.Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall HR function, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding. Develop and implement performance management systems to track and evaluate employee performance. Organize and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars to ensure ongoing employee development. Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with local laws and regulations. Mediate employee conflicts and provide necessary support to resolve disputes effectively. Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business decisions with HR insights. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. Handle HR responsibilities for Highway EPC projects, ensuring the HR practices meet the specific needs of this sector,
