Job Description

    We have been retained by a leading multi national group to hire International Business Development Manager. We have 2 positions, one for doing Business Development in Africa and one for doing Business Development in East Asia region. Details of the position are mentioned below:

The company believes that an effective work force takes the company to heights when nurtured and motivated in the right direction.
    • Designation: International Business Development. 2 Positions. Manager IBD for Africa Region & Manager IBD for East Asia Region
    • Job Location: Vadodara
    • Roles and Responsibilities :
    • Identifying and establishing new business
    • Undertaking relevant research
    • Independently handle the Sales, Projects, Revenues Generation, and Export &Import Clearing as per guidelines.
    • Reviewing sales performance
    • Identify and work with strong / cost-effective and reliable dealer network and establish strategic alliances to facilitate deeper market penetration thereby enhanced sales
    • Carry out the task of product promotions via various channels and conduct Product benchmarking exercise for standardizing product operations and to meet international quality standards and benchmarks
    • Negotiating contracts Interfacing with potential customers to generate enquiries, structure price offers and close the sale
    • Should be effective Communicator who keeps the companys policies & profitability in mind
    • Day to Day management of Market development Should be able to Develop & Handle Sales team under him in Future
    • Communicating with Sales Department & customers on price & delivery
    • Organizing, imports, custom clearance & delivery to the warehouse
    • Quick Decision Maker
    • Maintaining detailed records
    • Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
    • Managing budgets
    • Desired Candidate Profile :
    • Bachelors Degree in related industry
    • Excellent Communication Skills Extensive knowledge of Products & complete range.
    • Passionate, Self-motivated & Result Oriented with Proven Track Record
    • Strong Costing & Negotiation Skills
    • Should have proven Track record of New Business Development with more than 5 countries
    • Ready to relocate internationally if needed.
    • Ready to travel globally.
    • Extensive knowledge & experience in Pharma Industry.
    • Should have experience in Nutra, OTC, Generic and Surgical area Market Experience- ROW Market
    • Should have worked with WHO & GMP Approved company or Trading company only (not from USFDA or MHRA)
