The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, and will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and other HR functions. This is a full-time, mid-level position that offers growth opportunities and a collaborative working environment.Qualifications and Skills A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in HR management and administrative roles. Proven experience in handling recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Strong skills in employee relations with the ability to handle employee grievances and conflicts professionally. Experience in developing and conducting training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Knowledge of compensation and benefits structures to ensure competitive and fair employee packages. Proficiency in HR compliance to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies. Strong performance management skills with the capability to evaluate and improve employee performance metrics. Experience in HRIS management, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of employee data.Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection and onboarding. Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating communication between staff and management. Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and career growth. Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable employee packages. Ensure HR compliance with all relevant local labor laws and company policies. Monitor and manage employee performance, implementing improvement plans when necessary. Maintain and manage HRIS systems to ensure the accuracy and security of employee data. Resolve workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment through effective mediation and problem-solving strategies. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.,
