Improvement from the practice of Breakdown Maintenance to a culture of PreventiveMaintenance.3. Practice of absolute Pharmaceutical Engineering in our day-to-day plant operations.4. Ensuring that we are always compliant of guidelines as given and governed by local andinternational Drugs Authorities.5. Ensuring compliance of documents e.g. Engineering Log-books, SOPs and other documents forcleaning validations etc. etc. Ensuring Good Engineering Practices.6. Establishment of a working environment down the line with appropriate reporting system.7. Ensure complete eradication the machine/equipment Breakdowns, so that our productivity goesup and the quality of our process and products improves considerably.8. Re-organizing our internal project fabrication establishment.9. Getting regular energy conservation && safety audits carried out and taking corrective actions.10. Smooth functioning of all Manufacturing and utility Equipments.11. Ensuring of no deviation && maintenance from standard Operating Procedures.12. Ensuring that targeted production quantum is met.13.
