Job Description

Job Profile:a) Summary: Required Executive Mechanical with experience of 5 to 8 Years.b) Job Responsibilities:1) Should have experience of positive displacement pump as well as Rotary pump, Axial flow pump,Centrifugal pump, magnetic drive pump etc.2) Should have knowledge of mechanical seal of pump and agitator.3) Should have worked in plant like Hydrogenation, MEE, Spray dryer etc.4) Need to procure spares keeping min inventory and avoid stoppage of equipment.5) Should able to find root cause of critical or frequent failure of equipment.6) Should adopt/aware of best maintenance practice to avoid/reduce breakdown.7) Should able to maintain data for equipment trouble shooting like History card, service report etc.8) Should able to guide technician to improve maintenance practice.9) Should have knowledge of different MOC like304,316,316Ti.c) Required Skills/Certifications: NAd) Other Requirements: Shall have worked in Chemical/Dyes/Mechanical Industry/company in engineering department.
