Job Description

Job Qualification and Requirements:

Degree in MIS/Computer Science or Information Technology

Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) certificate required

3+ years experience in network architecture and deployment

Job Description for Network Support:

  1. IT Helpdesk support remotely
  2. Troubleshooting Network/ISP issues
  3. Collaborate with third - party support and service vendors to ensure that the network stays operational
  4. Troubleshooting and resolving Desktop issues
  5. Install/uninstall software s
  6. Designing and implementing new network solutions and/or improving the efficiency of current networks
  7. Installing, configuring and supporting network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
  8. Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
  9. Configuring firewalls, routing and switching to maximize network efficiency and security
  10. Maximizing network performance through ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting
  11. Resetting Emails
  12. New Computer Setup/ New Hardware Setup
  13. Strong organizational, problem - solving, and analytical skills
  14. Gather and assist in data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement
  15. Additional project assigned and able to assist team on another task
  16. Ability to work in cross functional areas to identify solutions to problem areas and project issues
  17. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  18. Attention to detail and pride in accuracy
  19. Anticipate problems and recommending solutions
  20. Must have good MS Excel Skills
  21. Must have good communication skills
