Job Description

Hi there,We are hiring urgently for the NOC Analyst( system admin) profile for vadodara based MNC.Interviews will be telephonic and via video call.Package upto 5.00 lacs/annum(Day/night both shifts) ( night shift allowance extra)Please find below the JD and details.Job Description for NOC Analyst:

  • -He must have computer, latest operating system and MS Office Suit knowledge.
  • -He main task is to monitor daily automated file transfers (mainly via SFTP) and track them and record them in the Data Control Sheet.
  • -Create Code and automation Tasks for Batch processing with the help of Automate Tool based on xml Scripting in XLM, HTML, DOS or PowerShell will be value addition.
  • -He is responsible for monitoring of Batch Processing tasks, escalate to developers in case of job failures.
  • -He must have strong understanding of end to end data flow.
  • -He should have knowledge of Data Handling / FTP / SFTP
  • -He must understand the business impact in case of task failures and delayed tasks.
  • -To understand client specific SLAs and its criticalities.
  • -He must work hand in hand with other departments like BSS or Batch Processing and Client Services.
  • -He needs to monitor the server/services/cpu/etc. other Infrastructure related alerts using variety of tools 24x7. They look for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions. When an issue is identified, he is responsible for to escalating the incident via ticketing tool to appropriate IT team and observe the patterns for re-occurrence.
  • -He is responsible for following up for closure of old tickets.Support multiple technical teams in 24 x 7environment operational environments with high uptime requirements. Variedshift schedules may include day, evening or night shift hours.
  • -He should be ready to work on holidays and weekends based on 4 days working / 3 days off shift pattern.
  • -Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in IT / Data Processing / NOC monitoring is required.
