(Packaging) or Any graduate with PG Diploma in packaging Work experience: Around 2 years to 4 years of work experience as Packaging Chemist or Packaging Officer with Chemical or Agro-chemical or Pharma or Food Companies; preferably with Agro-chemical company Should have experience on Analysis of Packaging Materials, New Packaging Materials Development, Calibration of PM related instruments, ESCR Test, etc.Job Profile: Analysis of packaging material asper prescribed method per AQL & specification, addition analysis specific to production requirement Developing new packaging materials Development (NPD), specification as per reference of BIS Upgradation of existing packaging material specification & addition of parameter to ensure good run-ability at shop floor Information of packing style & critical to be inform to the production team for right usage of Packaging material Record keeping of all incoming Packaging material & it analysis record Monthly summery, reporting of Packaging material analysis Provide solution to shop floor person in case any packaging issue raised ESCR test for new packaging material Maintain updated Summary of approved vendor with materials Development of new vendor & improvement existing vendor aligned with purchase team Joint Analysis with supplier, investigation CAPA for PM failure BOM for PM materials IIP record updating LSD for labels, Pouches, CBB papers & others Approval of Art work & dimension record update Calibration of PM instruments, prepare SOP for new instruments & ensure proper operation of PM testing equipment Products Master sample updating Stores inspection to ensure proper storage / Issue of PM Maintain good housekeeping in packaging area Filling trials & container loading calculation & inspection at the time of ist loading Training to NPQA for container loading inspection SAP , LIMS & artwork system management system knowledge CTC: Rs 3.60 lpa to Rs 4.0 lpa + Accommodation (depends on current CTC, qualification & relevant work experience) Key Skills: Packaging Location: Halol Required Experience: 2-4 yrs Positions: 1 Contact Person: TalentEdge Recruitment Consultants Email ID: sabah@tercpl.com Qualification: Any B.E. / B.Tech,Any Graduate,
