Please go through the following details,Position : Piping EngineerCompany Profile : A leading EPC CompanyJob Location : Vadodara (Gujarat)Qualification : B.E / B.Tech MechanicalExperience : 6 -12 YearsDetailed Piping engineering for WTP / ETP / STP / TTP starting from Datasheet && drawingsand Purchase Requisitions to Manufacturing clearances in coordination with all enggdisciplines.- Handle Reviewer comments and follow approvals from client/ consultant within enggscheduleComplete technical knowledge of Piping Engineering, with study the basic input engg doc like P&&ID,layout, pipe sizing hyd cal etc and verify with tender specifications, MOM, Addendums to generatedetailed engineering drawings and documents like- Generation of Equipment layouts, Piping Layouts,- Line list with all details- Line list, Data sheets, piping GA, Piping routing, Pipe racks, Isometrics, Piping support details,- Design calculations like line sizing, pipe thick, pressure drop, flow rates etc- 3D model PDMS / E3D / Plant 3D / SP3D (with reviews at 30%, 60%, 90% level) Knowledgewith clash check and resolutions- Piping Material specification and Valve Material specification && valve schedule- Purchase requisition with enquiry data sheet for all piping components BOQ estimation forpipes, valves, fitting, associated like dismantling joint, expansion joint etc and Data sheet ofValves && Specials Vendor offer review and clearances- Interaction with vendor for technical negotiations and approval of the specification, Reviewof vendor documents and technical clearances- Issue Good for Manufacturing clearance post ordering vendor documents- Technical knowledge of all applicable standards of related piping, valves, fitting, gates, etc.- Interfacing with vendor / client / sub-contractor checks and control- Site visit as and when requiredQuality Engineering deliverables with complete technical Specifications in line with contractcompliance, applicable codes, BOQ/ cost variance.Stress (CAWSER), Surge analysis exposure will be an added advantage
