The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning and project management, with a strong understanding of the transformer industry.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 10 years of experience in planning or project management, preferably in the transformer industry. Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management. Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet production goals and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project timelines and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address changes or challenges. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflow processes. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the planning process.
