Co - ordination with client representatives and company vendors ahead of event or as and when required. Any other responsibilities as assigned by superiors. Key Responsibilities Include:Executing day - to - day PR campaign, media relations, documentation and coordination. Handling PR for the agency and the clients Responsible for cultivating relationships and achieving the editorial coverage goals Researching, writing and distributing press release, listings and necessary brand information to media contacts Ensures media contacts are kept up to date and current with accomplishments and special events Responsible for strategic inputs and implementation of the media and brand related PR plans Liaise with marketing professionals to ensure consistency in promoting corporate image Arrange for interviews or public speaking events and construct press releases. Collating and analyzing monthly media coverage Write Articles and ensuring that Write - ups are written on behalf of the Client. Periodically checking for Awards related to your client genre Key Skills Required: Strong PR functional framework Excellent command over English Prior experience of working in a PR agency will be preferred,
