Job Description

    REPORTING RELATIONSHIP-POSITION REPORTS TO: MANAGER OPERATIONDEPARTMENT: OPERATION POSITIONLOCATION: VADODARA, INDIAPOSITION SUMMARY-The Probate Coordinator plays a critical role in managing and guiding mass tort dockets within the probate operations of CRM and Lien Ops teams. This position requires a deep understanding of legal documentation, including but not limited to death certificates, heirship documents, and probate filings, which are essential for ARCHER to deliver its services. The Probate Coordinator will collaborate closely with the Lien Ops Manager, CRM Team, and US Probate Team to execute daily responsibilities.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Facilitate seamless collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to ensure efficient daily operations.Independently manage workflows by tracking and processing communications and tickets via email, JitBit, RAGIC, ARCHER Connect and other data sources.Accurately review and interpret legal especially probate related documents, such as affidavits, death certificates, and legal heirship documents.Conduct sufficiency and affidavit reviews independently, with minimal reliance on the US-based team.Lead automation initiatives for probate processes in collaboration with the Operations Excellence and onshore teams.Maintain and analyze databases using MS Excel and SQL and develop dashboards with Power BI. Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.Oversee process transitions and provide training for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Business as Usual (BAU).Train new and existing associates, ensuring adherence to performance standards.Monitor and report key metrics related to process performance.Reviewing RAGIC and pushing Probate cases to appropriate product life cycle stages to bring the final resolution.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS -Bachelors degree in any field (preferably in law/ BBA or commerce).57 years of experience in a US-based multinational corporation.Project management experience or certifications are highly desirable. Technical Skills:Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Expertise in SQL and database management; ability to independently create reports and dashboards.Strong data analysis capabilities, with an eye for detail to identify and correct errors.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to derive insights from information provided.Analytical problem-solving skills for addressing complex issues.Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization.Behavioral Skills:Strong problem-solving skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.Proactive, adaptable, and able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment.Keen attention to detail, anticipating potential challenges and addressing them proactively.Agile team player who can also excel as an independent contributor.PREFFERED KNOWLEDGE:Familiarity with US legal laws or probate processes is an advantage.Experience in operations or business analysis.,
