Job Title Procurement ExecutivePreferred Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related fieldLocation Mehmdabad, GujratExperience- 4-5 yearsKey Responsibilities:
• Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as USFDA, EUGMP, WHO, and ICH
• Review existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility and compliance with quality standards
• Create purchase orders and organize and confirm delivery of goods and services, ensuring timely availability of materials
• Collaborate with all cross functional teams, PPMC, Production, Warehouse and Quality control, to ensure clarity of specifications and expectations
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures regarding procurement, including regulatory compliance and quality control
• Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for raw materials and packaging supplies
• Provide inputs for budgeting and costing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
• Coordinate with the finance team for vendor payments as per negotiated rates and ensure timely payments
• Maintain and develop effective relationships with vendors for timely and quality services
• Ensure timely availability of purchase-related reports and data, including inventory levels and supplier performance metrics
