This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and leading the production team.Exprience : Minimum of 5 years in the POWER Transformer Industry is MandatoryQualifications And Skills In-depth knowledge of Power Transformers (Mandatory skill) Proven experience in production planning to efficiently allocate resources and optimize manufacturing processes Strong background in quality control to ensure all products meet industry standards and customer requirements Exceptional team leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse production team Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions quickly Strong time management skills to ensure production schedules are met without compromising quality Effective communication skills to coordinate with other departments and ensure smooth production workflow Ability to analyze production data and make informed decisions to improve efficiency and productivityRoles And Responsibilities Oversee the production process and manage the production team to ensure efficient operations Develop and implement production schedules to meet company deadlines and customer demands Ensure that all production activities comply with quality control standards and safety regulations Monitor and evaluate production performance to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure a seamless production process Resolve production issues promptly to minimize delays and maintain product quality Maintain accurate production records and provide regular reports to senior management Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on product quality,
