Relationship Officer-HL/LAP

Job Description

• Lead Generation & Sourcing: Proactively source new HL and LAP clients through field visits, cold calling, and open-market channels.
• Channel Partner Management: Build and nurture a reliable network of referrers such as Chartered Accountants (CAs), Direct Sales Associates (DSAs), builders, and property dealers.
• Client Engagement: Meet prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs and clearly explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
• Application Processing: Collect, verify, and process necessary customer documentation, including KYC, income proofs, and property papers.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal credit, technical, and legal teams to ensure smooth application processing, property valuation, and timely disbursements.
• Portfolio Quality & Compliance: Maintain a high-quality, compliant loan book by monitoring repayments and adhering to internal credit guidelines.
