Job Description

    We are seeking a highly organized and versatile Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take on a multifaceted position that combines elements of business analysis, project management, and Scrum meeting facilitation. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of projects, improving business processes, and promoting efficient collaboration among team members.1. Business Analysis :- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and gap analyses to support project planning.- Develop detailed business process models and workflow diagrams.- Participate in solution design discussions to align projects with business objectives.- Checking delivery as business end users2. Project Management :- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.- Create and maintain project plans. timelines, and budgets.- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.- Coordinate resources, tasks, and activities to ensure project milestones are met.- Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to stakeholders.- Implement project management best practices and methodologies.3. Scrum Meeting Facilitation :- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective sessions as a Scrum Master.- Collaborate with development teams to ensure sprint goals are met.- Remove obstacles and impediments to the teams progress.- Maintain Scrum artifacts, including the product backlog and sprint backlog.4. Communication and Collaboration :- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and management.- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the project teams.- Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and training sessions.- Ensure effective communication of project updates and changes to all relevant parties.Requirements : If you are a proactive and adaptable professional with a passion for improving business processes, managing projects, and facilitating agile development, we encourage you to apply for this challenging and rewarding Project Coordinator role.
