We work across various industries such as Healthcare, Energy, Construction, Finance, and more, utilizing Frontend, backend & Mobile technologies like react js, Node js, HTML, CSS, and many others.Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the IT solutions and services offered by the company. You will develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market share.Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Development: Identify and target potential clients in need of IT services such as web development, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and more. Develop sales plans and strategies to achieve the companys revenue goals. Build a strong pipeline of qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach. Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the companys IT solutions. Provide clients with consultative advice on the best IT solutions to meet their business needs. Negotiate contracts and close sales with prospective clients. Market Research and Analysis: Analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitors products and services and develop strategies to differentiate our offerings. Research and recommend new markets for IT products and services. Digital Marketing: Develop and implement marketing campaigns (email, social media, SEO, PPC) to generate leads and build brand awareness. Manage the companys online presence, including social media, blog, and website content. Work with the marketing team to design promotional materials, presentations, and online content. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, leads, pipeline, and performance metrics. Collaborate with the marketing team to track the effectiveness of campaigns and promotions. Maintain records of sales calls, client interactions, and follow-up actions. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with technical teams to ensure that the solutions presented to clients meet their requirements. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback from clients and suggest improvements to the companys offerings.Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. 2 years of experience in IT sales and marketing (preferred). Strong knowledge of IT products and services such as web development, software solutions, cloud computing, cybersecurity, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs.,
