Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our innovative products and our valued customers. As a Sales Engineer, you will leverage your technical expertise and sales acumen to drive product sales across various channels, including dealer, industrial, retail, and OEM sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance remote work with in-person collaboration.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and execute effective sales plans.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through proactive outreach.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
    • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales expertise, with a passion for driving results. To be considered for this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • 2 to 7 years of relevant work experience in sales engineering or a similar role.
    • Proven track record in dealer sales, product sales, channel sales, industrial sales, retail sales, and OEM sales.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
    • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
    This is a full-time position with an annual salary of 6,00,000.
