We are also associated with engineering MNCs Parker Hannifin & Garlock to supply their high-end engineering products.Job SummaryThe Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct industrial sales, OEM sales, and project-based selling. This role requires strong technical knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial filtration products, along with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial markets and OEM segments. Provide Sales solutions related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial products. Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions. Build strong customer relationships related to pneumatics, hydraulics, and industrial filtration applications. Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and technical documentation. Achieve assigned sales targets and objectives. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results to management. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch, accounts) for order fulfilment. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field preferred. Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Industrial Sales / OEM Sales with experience in Industrial Products Strong technical understanding of industrial products and solutions. Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Self-motivated with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
