    Job Position: Sales Manager (Home Loans & Mortgage Products)Location:

    Job Summary:As a Sales Manager for Home Loans and Mortgage Products, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring customers, and ensuring a seamless loan experience. Your key responsibilities will include meeting sales targets, managing customer acquisition, building strong industry relationships, and ensuring smooth loan processing. The role demands a results-driven approach, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of home loan and mortgage products.Key Responsibilities:Sales Target Achievement
    • Meet Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and mortgage products.
    • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies that align with market conditions to drive revenue growth.
    • Lead Generation: Build relationships with real estate developers, brokers, and agents to create a pipeline of high-quality leads.
    Customer Acquisition
    • Identify Prospects: Understand customer needs and offer tailored home loan solutions.
    • Direct Sales Activities: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and negotiations to secure new business.
    • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through nurturing and effective follow-up strategies.
    Relationship Management
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key industry players, such as real estate developers and brokers.
    • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a smooth and efficient loan application process, offering exceptional service from initial contact through loan disbursement.
    • Query Resolution: Proactively address customer queries and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.
    Loan Processing Coordination
    • Internal Collaboration: Work with internal teams (credit, risk, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
    • Documentation Compliance: Ensure all customer documentation complies with regulatory standards and internal policies.
    • Problem-Solving: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing any issues to ensure timely loan approval and disbursement.
    Key Skills & Competencies:
    • Sales-Oriented: Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in home loans and related mortgage products.
    • Customer-Centric: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, brokers, and internal teams.
    • Financial Expertise: Knowledge of home loan products, mortgage processes, and credit assessments.
    • Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.
    • Problem-Solving: Analytical skills to resolve issues and ensure a smooth loan process.
    Qualifications & Experience:
    • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales or related sectors, with a successful track record in managing home loan sales.
    • Network: Established network within the real estate sector, including experience working with developers, brokers, and agents.
    • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a diverse sales pipeline.
    • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of mortgage regulations, loan processing, and compliance.
    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
    • Sales Targets: Consistently meet or surpass sales goals for home loans and mortgage products.
    • Lead Conversion: High conversion rate of leads into closed loans, demonstrating effective pipeline management.
