The role involves managing the entire sales process, from generating leads and converting them into customers, to ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction at every step.Roles and Responsibilities:
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans and related mortgage products.
• Generate leads through various channels such as real estate developers, agents, and referrals.
• Assess the financial needs of potential clients and present them with suitable home loan solutions.
• Engage in direct sales activities including client meetings, property site visits, and attending networking events.
• Build and nurture relationships with real estate developers, property brokers, and other stakeholders to increase lead generation.
