Sales Officer

Job Description

We are hiring Sales Officers for field sales of Home Loan products. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, comfortable working on the field, and capable of generating leads and closing deals. A two-wheeler and valid driving license (DL) are mandatory for this role.Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential customers for home loan products in assigned areas.
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and promotional activities.
• Visit customers to understand their home loan requirements and explain product features.
• Collect required documents and coordinate with the backend team for processing applications.
• Maintain follow-up with clients to ensure closures and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Submit daily field activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Freshers & experienced candidates welcome
• Mandatory:
  • Driving License (DL)
  • Own Two-Wheeler
• Skills:
  • Good communication & convincing ability
  • Basic knowledge of financial products is a plus
  • Willingness to work on the field
