Position: Sales Officer (SO)Experience Required: 2 - 5 Years CTC: 7-8 LPA (Preference for candidates currently under 7 LPA)Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales and business development in assigned territory.
• Promote and sell Masterbatches, Color Masterbatches, Pigments, Additives, Plastic/Polymer Compounds, and Speciality Chemicals.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Candidate Profile:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Masterbatches, Pigments, Additives, Polymer Compounds, or Speciality Chemicals sales.
• Strong local market knowledge of Gujarat region.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Languages Required: English Hindi Gujarati
• Self-motivated and target-driven professional.
