Job Description

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma / Trained competent person, having 3-5 years experience in Construction Industry

Work Experience

Adequate job knowledge skills essential for executing the job effectively.

Knowledge of various types of scaffolding (eg. Tubular, Cup locks, Lehar Ring type, Suspended Mobile) and tools used for scaffolding.

Knowledge experience to work at height as per HSE standards.

Training employees involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting scaffolding to recognize associated work hazards.

Inspecting scaffolds and scaffold components for visible defects before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect the structural integrity, and to authorize prompt corrective action

Should be able to communicate effectively with his working crew (Job specific/safety related)

Awareness/Initiative and understand the Procedure for Material handling - lifting and shifting.

Commitment /initiative for proper housekeeping.

Ability to carry out risk assessment associated with scaffolding.
