Job Description

    Key Responsibilities1 Client Relationship Management
    • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNI) or key corporate clients
    • Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and complex issues
    • Build long-term strategic partnerships
    • Conduct regular client meetings and financial/business reviews
    2 Revenue & Business Development
    • Achieve assigned revenue and portfolio growth targets
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
    • Acquire new clients through referrals and networking
    • Develop customized financial or business solutions
    3 Portfolio & Risk Management
    • Monitor portfolio performance and risk exposure
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
    • Conduct due diligence and financial assessments
    4 Team Leadership (if applicable)
    • Mentor and guide Relationship Managers
    • Support training and performance development
    • Assist in strategic planning and sales forecasting
