Position OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the optimal performance of our electronic products and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics and service engineering, with hands-on experience in installation and maintenance. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients across various locations, including Vadodara, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Mumbai City.Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic equipment, including photocopiers and shredders.
• Conduct regular service checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment operates efficiently.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery.
• Train clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment to ensure longevity and performance.
QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
• A degree or diploma in Electronics or a related field.
• 1 to 6 years of relevant work experience in service engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in handling electronic devices, particularly in lamination, photocopiers, and shredders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Willingness to travel to various locations as required.
This is a full-time position with a competitive annual salary of 6,00,000. The job schedule is day-based, and the work mode is on-site, allowing you to engage directly with our clients and products.
