    We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across major platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will leverage tools such as Meta Business Suite to craft campaigns that drive measurable results, including engagement, follower growth, and traffic to the e-commerce websites. We are looking for a professional who brings creative expertise but is equally focused on delivering outcomes that align with business objectives.Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and execute social media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Deliver results in key metrics like follower growth, engagement rate, and website clicks. Craft engaging, USA-market-focused content, including graphics, videos, and posts, in collaboration with the design team. Track performance metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies to achieve growth targets. Proactively stay on top of trends and platform changes to ensure innovative and effective campaigns. Manage paid campaigns on social platforms and focus on achieving high ROI and lead generation.Requirements: Result-driven approach: Proven ability to grow social media presence and engagement. Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite for campaign management and analytics. Creative and strategic mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to analyze and adjust strategies based on performance data.
